Delivery delays can happen and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for them. Once we hand the orders over to our carrier, we have no control over the speed of which they are delivered. All orders are completed and shipped in the listed time frame.
All orders shipped include a tracking number by default (Canada excluded). Please be sure to check your email for your tracking number.
Canadians who didn’t purchase a tracking number, please allow 30 days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive 30 days after it was marked as shipped, please message us.
