Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days*.
Since every order is custom made to a specific size/colour/design that fits your needs, the products aren’t able to be restocked and resold. Therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges in most cases**. However, please contact us if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, and we will try our best to make it right.
For those who live in a country protected by Omnibus Directive law, and you purchased a non-custom product, you have 14 days return the product for a full refund. Please be sure to contact us first before returning the item, so we can make sure it falls in the non-custom category. If an item returned falls in the custom category, we will not give a refund, nor will we return the item to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that arrives back to us and isn’t in the original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds will be given to the original payment method only.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use a C.O.D service, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can’t refund you if it gets lost.
